The speed selector assembly line is semi-automated. The production line mainly includes: piston gear assembly; variable speed piston assembly; control valve assembly and joint press-in; sensor assembly and pin press-in; accumulator, high-pressure oil pipe joint assembly; clutch assembly; clutch leakage test, marking, assembly; Valve body and clutch assembly; speed selector assembly; pre-package inspection.

The production line is equipped with pneumatic triplex and pressure sensor in the system's total air inlet to monitor the system pressure in real time. Each station adopts single station operation and uses manual assembly, manual feeding and automatic detection.
